We have four dining areas at Treeline Urban Resort with alternative menu options. Taste is paramount but we also champion originality, creativity, and sustainability. Our in-house breakfast restaurant, SEED, serves a nutritious East-meets-West menu using ingredients carefully sourced from local producers and our open-air markets. The exclusive rooftop CANOPY Bar offers both an international and local selection of small and large bites and a signature cocktail list, the perfect place to watch the sun go down amongst the treetops overlooking the Siem Reap river.
Treeline Urban Resort guests can also access the riverside Brown Coffee famous for starting Cambodia’s café revolution and Hok Noodle Bar & Grill from inside the hotel. Hok Noodle Bar & Grill offers a vast menu of re-imagined regional dishes in one of the best locations in town. With it open design, communal seating and portions designed for sharing it is a perfectly curated slice of Asian street life.

We source locally where possible, using the freshest ingredients available and prepare each dish with careful intention. It matters to us that the eggs come from happy chickens and the bread is baked daily. We know it's these small details that make all the difference.
